Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours after purchase. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email to monitor your order. Delivery times vary:

• Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
• Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged $9.99.
• Express Shipping: Additional charges apply at checkout.

Yes! Covered shipping ensures that your order will be replaced if it’s lost or stolen during transit. You can select this option at checkout.

If you’ve placed your order within the last 2 to 3 hours, you still have the option to update details like your delivery address, email, or other personal information. Use the provided link to enter your email address and order number to make changes.

If more than 2 to 3 hours have passed since placing your order, please reach out to our team. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but please note that once your order enters the processing stage, adjustments may be limited.

In cases where your order has already shipped, no need to worry! You can redirect your package using the Canada Post tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

We are unable to redirect or retrieve orders that have already been delivered to an incorrect address. To avoid any issues, please double-check your address details during checkout.

We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
• A photo of the item must be submitted before shipping it back.

If your order was placed within the last 1 day, you still have the option to cancel and receive a full refund. Simply use the provided link to enter your email address and order number to process your cancellation.

For orders placed more than 1 day ago, cancellations or changes might not be possible as we process orders quickly. However, please contact us, and our team will do their best to assist. Keep in mind that once an order moves to the fulfillment stage, adjustments may be limited.
